Right of Withdrawal

Applies to consumers. Covers coaching services and digital content supplied without a physical medium.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, inform:

of your decision to withdraw by an unequivocal statement, such as a letter sent by post or an email. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not obligatory.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your withdrawal communication before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, I will reimburse the payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. Reimbursement will use the same payment method as your original transaction unless you expressly agree otherwise. You will not incur a reimbursement fee.

Services started during the withdrawal period

If you expressly requested that services begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay a proportionate amount for services supplied up to the time you notify me of withdrawal, compared with the full coverage of the contract.

Your withdrawal right for a service expires when the service has been fully performed, provided that before performance began you expressly agreed to the early start and acknowledged that you would lose your withdrawal right once the service had been fully performed.

Digital content supplied during the withdrawal period

For digital content supplied without a physical medium, your withdrawal right expires when supply begins, provided that:

• you expressly consented to supply beginning before the withdrawal period expired;
• you acknowledged that you would thereby lose your withdrawal right when supply began; and
• you received a confirmation recording your consent and acknowledgement.

Packages containing digital content and a session

The digital content and the session are separately identified components. Early expiry of the withdrawal right for the digital content does not end the withdrawal right for the session. For the €249 package, €99 is allocated to the digital content and €150 to the session. Any reimbursement is calculated with regard to the component concerned.
