Tools to help you navigate the messy in-between
Between the role you have left and the one you haven’t found yet, it is easy to lose your footing. The old plan has stopped working, the next one isn’t visible yet. You don’t really know what to do next and feel somewhat stuck. Yet most advice says: just pick a direction, update your CV or LinkedIn and network more.
But every transition has a part only you can do. And some of it goes much easier with a map, a set of exercises or a conversation. These tools are for exactly that stretch, so you can see where you are and take the next step with some ground under your feet. They provide you with comfort in the discomfort, and you will feel better knowing there is a structure underneath. Start where it feels best for you.

The Liminal Fluency Diagnostic
If you feel stuck but can’t say where you are, start here. A few minutes of honest questions show you which stage you’re in and how you tend to move through it.
Work on your own

The Transition Map
When a transition drags on, it is easy to conclude that something is wrong with you. Often you are simply in a stage nobody explained to you. The Map shows how career transitions actually work in the middle years, where you are in yours and what helps right now. It gives you the structure you need to manage the situation.

The Exercise Guide
Knowing where you are helps. Doing something with it helps more. 30 exercises across the six stages of the Map turn a vague sense of unrest into concrete steps you can try out, at your own pace.

Map + Guide
Find your stage, then work it. Everything you need to do this on your own, in your own time.
Work with me

Transition Map Session
Sometimes you need someone outside your own head. In 60 minutes by video we look at where you actually are, sort out what is keeping you stuck and I help you with your next steps. Clients have told me they value the personal contact and the structured approach over conventional coaching.
Session + both PDFs
Read the Map before we talk, so we spend the hour on you rather than on the basics. Afterwards the Guide keeps you moving between our conversation and your next step.
The Foundation Programme
For a transition you want to go through properly rather than quickly. Four sessions over a few months, with time in between to try things out and bring back what you learned. Each session builds on the last and also includes an analysis of any personal tests or other data about yourself you might have. In any case, you don’t have to figure it out alone, and the Foundation Programme is best suited to help you with your transition.
Deep Dive
For when the question goes beyond the next job and touches who you want to be after a long chapter ends. We shape the format together.
Pay by card, Apple Pay or Klarna. With Klarna you can also pay later or in instalments, if your order qualifies.
Not sure which fits? Write to hello@liminalfluency.com and tell me where you are. I’ll reply personally and point you to what helps, even if that is nothing I sell.
