Added The Exercise Guide? It follows in a separate email within a few minutes.

Where to start

  1. Read Part One first. It explains how transitions work and why the middle takes so long. That makes the stages easier to recognise.
  2. Find your stage.Go to the stage that sounds most like you right now. It is normal to recognise yourself in more than one.
  3. Do the work on the right-hand page. Each stage ends with the work: do this, not this, and how you know you are moving on.
This isn’t therapy. If an exercise stirs up more than feels manageable, stop and come back another day. That is part of the work too.

Not sure where you are?

If you haven’t taken it yet, the free Liminal Fluency Diagnostic shows which stage of the transition you’re in and how you tend to move through it. It pairs well with the first pages of the Map, and I’d strongly recommend taking it. I built it as the starting point for this work.

If you didn’t add it at checkout: the Exercise Guide gives you 30 exercises for the six stages in the Map.

When you’d rather talk it through

Some things are easier to sort out loud. In a 60-minute Transition Map Session we look at where you are and what your next step could be.
