Thank you. Your Map and Exercise Guide are here.

I’m glad you’re giving this time. Download both below and keep them somewhere you’ll find them again. The same links are waiting in your inbox.

Where to start

  1. Start with the Map.Read Part One, then find the stage that sounds most like you right now.
  2. Open the Guide at the same stage.Choose one Core exercise for that stage, not five. Paper works better than a screen.
  3. Let it take the time it takes. You don’t need all 30. There is no prize for speed, so take your time!
This isn’t therapy. If an exercise stirs up more than feels manageable, stop and come back another day. That is part of the work too.

Not sure where you are?

If you haven’t taken it yet, the free Liminal Fluency Diagnostic shows which stage of the transition you’re in and how you tend to move through it. It pairs well with the first pages of the Map, and I’d strongly recommend taking it. I built it as the starting point for this work.

When you’d rather talk it through

Some things are easier to sort out loud. In a 60-minute Transition Map Session we look at where you are and what your next step could be.

I write about transitions and the in-between as The Liminalist on Substack.
